I've still got much to do. Despite my cleanup efforts (which didn't seem to do much), the damn thing still crashes after a few chapters on my phone. I think I'm going to halve to go to a static global chache, instead of trying to get the GC to destroy the per-chapter cache (which seems to be failing).
