Citeseer is pretty much the place to hit for CS papers, and MS has been funding them to get bigger / faster. Or you could search The ACM Portal, which indexes ACM publications.

But now, Google has Google Scholar, which is the shiznit! No, it doesn't cover all the fun citation graphs that Citeseer does, but who cares? It's fucking HUGE! Go, asking it something, it will amaze!
