I've added some updates to Notes on Formal Language Design, mainly concenring language lifecycle and the design features of language. I've been trying to get feedback from Brown about this, but so far nothing. I have gotten Trevor to comment. Guess there's nothing for it but to read more, and keep bugging people. This is going to take forever.
