So, last night Theresa and I attended a debate here on campus between Bob Dole and George McGovern. It was ... interesting. Dole is clearly pulling the party line in some instances, and it is painful watching him switch from nuanced positions to Republican Talking Points in mid-sentance. McGovern, on the other hand, is OLD. The man still has a brain, but there was no fire at all in his speach.
