So, last night Theresa and I had our first dinner party at the Nunnery (we live in a townhouse on Convent St.). It went well, but trying to get set up for it, and get people there, and even deciding when it would be was stressfull. But it was nice.

Also, I began to lay down the structure of my disertation (which will change many times, I'm sure.) It's at Notes on Language Design, and I'm just going to keep messing with it for a few years. The more I work on it, the less crazy I feel, even though I'm talking about writing a book.
